FUNCTIONS OF A COLLEGE GROUP CURATOR IN THE CONDITIONS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION

Although the term «continuing education» has multiple interpretations, most of them focus on the continuity between different stages of the educational process without considering personal development. Therefore, studying the continuing educa- tion process of a college group curator is intriguing as this role requires regular in- volvement in the educational environment, while also performing crucial social, psy- chological, and informational tasks that demand constant analysis of current events, ef- fective communication, and ongoing professional development. The study has uncov- ered the correlation between the functions of continuing education and the responsibili- ties of a college group curator, demonstrating that the concept of continuing education encompasses more than just describing the educational system's structure. It also im- pacts various levels of personal growth and development.
