The article highlights the crucial need to instill in students a deep appreciation for their homeland, its people, and the diverse traditions, history, and culture of various ethnic groups. It emphasizes the importance of nurturing a critically thinking multicultural per- sonality among students, which can be achieved through a multicultural educational envi- ronment. This environment comprises pedagogical conditions that foster interethnic and in- tercultural interaction, preparing students for a diverse world. The conducted research re- vealed that an artistic-educational environment plays a vital role in creating a multicultural educational environment. Folk singing, especially in a folk ensemble, is an essential aspect of this environment. Vocal work is particularly significant in a folk ensemble, requiring careful attention from both beginners and existing groups. To ensure success, the article identifies specific objectives and tasks for ensemble leaders. These include cultivating es- sential skills in participants, familiarizing singers with the vocal apparatus's structure and interaction, using comparison and association techniques in sound formation work, and ob- serving specific conditions during vocal work. These conditions include conducting com- plex singing skill acquisition sessions and gradually increasing ensemble requirements to achieve optimal results.
