The modern social situation of development of society requires to take into account new family of factors that affect the psychological development of the child. One is the educational status of the mother. The aim of the study was using methods of neuropsychological analysis to identify the impact of mother‘s level of education on the development of the functions of receiving, processing and storing information in children of preschool age. The results indicate differences in the degree of maturity of the functions of posterior brain in children being raised by mothers with different levels of material income. Namely: the impact of mother‘s education on the development of the functions of posterior brain is linear: the higher the mother‘s education, the better the performance of the functions of reception, storage and information processing in children of preschool age.
