Annotation:
In article one of possible approaches to estimation of formation of economic competences of the graduate of the professional educational organization is offered. The following criteria are developed for definition of formation of economic competences of the graduate taking into account three levels (low, average, high): cognitive and informative, personal, activity and creative. Each of criteria reveals by means of system of the empirical indicators reflec t- ing degree of formation of separately taken component. The cognitive and informative crite- rion reflects the range of the available economic knowledge of the expert and assumes, that trained, seizing economic knowledge (knowledge of economic laws, economic reality, methods of economic research, ways of formation of economic competence), will be able ade- quately to assess real economic situations, to find and apply necessary information to their permission, and also to develop economic competence of self-education process. The per- sonal criterion reflects professionally significant motives and valuable installations of the personality, her positive relation to mastering economic knowledge and abilities, need of their application for practical activities; and also economically significant qualities of the personality: thrift, independence, rationality, diligence, the enterprise allowing the expert to defend a position in adoption of economically reasonable decisions. Deyatelnostno-creative criterion reflects existence of economically focused abilities allowing to carry out the orga n- ization of economic activity, to reveal difficulties and to define ways of her improvement; assumes the expert's inclusiveness to the sphere of economic interaction of society and pro- duction, characterizes an orientation of this activity from the point of view of its compliance to a complex of the public requirements imposed to sure economic behavior to effective economic activity in modern conditions.
The developed technique allows to estimate the level of formation both separate competence, and group of competences for each educational program realized by the professional educational organization. The developed technique allows to automate process of quality control of training of students regarding economic education that considerably increases efficiency of educational activity.
