DEVELOPMENT OF EXTRAMURAL STUDIES IN CONDITIONS ELECTRONIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION ENVIRONMENT

In the conditions of reforming of the higher education active discussion raises a ques- tion of refusal of extramural studies. Vocational training in absentia taking into account practical working capacity remains urgent in modern Russia. In former years in-service education assumed many pluses. At the same time shortcomings of training of corres- pondence students collected: limited possibility of direct communication with teachers; absence in some cases special educational literature; insufficient population computeri- zations, especially in areas, remote from the regional centers, that interferes with use of remote educational technologies. In modern conditions these issues can be resolved by means of the mixed training.
