DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE RUSSIAN REGIONS AT THE TURN OF THE 21st CENTURY

In the article results of the scientific discourse devoted to studying of essence of educational space in the context of reflexive and humanistic judgment of social and pedagogical reality are generalized. The educational space is presented as event interaction of subjects of the educational activity directed to comprehension of multidimensionality of the personality and Meta-I. Empirical base of a research were regional education systems (The Republic of Buryatia, the Irkutsk region and Zabaykalsky Krai). The regional educational space is considered from positions of a regionalistika and a humanistic paradigm. The civilization approach as means of the historical and pedagogical analysis of development of regional educational space which has allowed to reveal sociohistorical, ethnocultural, economic and economic features of his formation during various periods of civilization development of the region is applied. The concept of development of regional educational space is proved. Design of regional educational space includes three phases: 1) information and predictive judgment of social and pedagogical reality, 2) verbal presentation of social and pedagogical reality; 3) design activity of subjects of social and pedagogical reality. The analysis of experimental experience has allowed to reveal trajectories of development of regional educational space of the Republic of Buryatia in social student teaching.
