MORAL VALUES AS A FACTOR OF STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION

Results of a research of moral values of youth and their level of professional adaptation are presented in article. The understanding of professional adaptation as difficult systematic process, which assumes not only assimilation, but also active reproduction by the person of social experience, norms, values of the installations, which are carried out in communication and professional activity, is presented. The importance of moral values for successful passing of professional adaptation is described. Methods of a research of professional adaptation and moral values of youth are proved and presented.
