VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE CLASSICAL UNIVERSITY

In article the problem of vocational training of teachers at the classical university is consid- ered. The author analyzes features of training of teachers in our higher education institution when there was a teacher training college. During this period the foundation of vocational training of teachers was laid, in particular research and educational personnel is prepared, connection with schools and governing bodies of formation of the Republic of Buryatia is established. According to the author in the second period of development of pedagogical education when the classical university was formed, the collective found the first experience of training of teachers in the conditions of the classical university. And at last, in the third period of development of pedagogical education of BGU by the author problems are allocat- ed and the prospects of further formation of system professionally — pedagogical education are planned.
