Annotation:
Sanatorium boarding school № 28 is the second large and close-knit family, which is United by common aspirations, ideals, common plans; a platform for social protection and compre- hensive development of children in need of long-term treatment. Since the development of personal potential is an urgent need of today, the social order of modernity, the school faces the problem of timely identification of children capable in one direction or another. Hence, the primary need is to create a developing school environment that would stimulate positive changes in the development of the child's personality. In modern conditions of development of society has increased the need to engage in the organization of research activities of stu- dents as an effective method that forms the ability of students to independently acquire new knowledge, work with information, draw conclusions and conclusions. Formation of "at the students' bases of culture of research and project activity and skills of development, realiza- tion and public presentation by students of results of research, the subject or interdiscipli- nary educational project directed on the solution of the scientific, personal and (or) socially significant problem " demand development of new ways of education, development of the modern technologies connected with individual development of the personality, manifesta- tion of the creative initiative, skill of independent action in the information field, the for- mation of the student's universal ability to set and solve problems. One of these projects is the creation of a school experimental school site-an open-air laboratory for the implementa- tion of the practical part of the work programs in many subjects. The school site has become a platform for the implementation of the classroom and extracurricular activities of the school, where students under the guidance of teachers conduct research, study varieties, conduct experiments, conduct observations. On the results of their work, students of the school, in addition to the scientific and practical conference "Step into the future", show and tell at the Republican seminar" Organization of educational, experimental, research work on the school site of the educational institution", which is already the second year of the school. The most important positive result, in our opinion, is that new interesting ideas appear after the conference. In addition, research work helps students to determine the future choice of profession. Thus, the achievements of the school in recent years suggests that thanks to the active joint action, the tireless work of the administration and the team work with children in need of long-term treatment, to unlock their potential is becoming more and more effective.
