CORPORATE CONTRACT AS AN ELEMENT OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT IN ECONOMIC COMPANIES

Corporate contracts, including those in the field of managing economic activity of organizations, are essential for formation of corporate law. Legal regulation of corporate contracts is not exhaustive and, unfortu- nately, does not meet all the requirements of corporate legal relations. At the same time, corporate contracts are widely used in modern entrepre- neurial relations and serve well as confidential agreements between founders and participants of economic companies on management of the organization and key decisions. The article is devoted to the topical is- sues of legal regulation of the corporate rights of economic companies’ participants, corporate management of the organization, decision-making by general meetings of legal entities.
