Annotation:
Economic partnership should be a convenient form of investments in en- trepreneurship. A special regime for managing economic partnership al- lows preserving the confidentiality of investors and at the same time pro- tecting their corporate rights. The article considers the legal provisions of current Russian legislation regulating economic partnership activities, analyzes formation and development of economic partnership under the laws of the Russian Federation. We made an attempt to identify the fea- tures inherent exclusively in economic partnership as a specific subject of legal relations. It has been concluded that there is a necessity of fur- ther improvement of legislation in the field of economic partnership, and addressing the problems and shortcomings of its legal regulation.
