Annotation:
This paper focuses on some of the rights of medical professionals. The rights provided for by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the special law “On the basis of the protection of public health in the Russian Federation” are briefly listed. The rights and additional guarantees stipulated by the Government of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Republic of Buryatia on additional payments and risk insurance of their professional liability are considered in more detail.
