FEATURES OF THE POWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT AND SALES AGREEMENTS (DELIVERY) ELECTRIC ENERGY (POWER)

This article discusses the features of regulation of an energy supply agreement and a contract of sale (supply) of electric energy (power). The article reflects the interpreta- tion of the concept of the energy supply agreement, as well as the purchase and sale agreement (supply) of electric energy (power) at the legislative level. The main similar and distinctive features of the energy supply agreement and the purchase and sale (sup- ply) agreement for electric energy (power) are analyzed, as well as the definitions of a guaranteeing supplier and consumer in the field of energy supply regulation in the Rus- sian Federation are given. Particular attention is paid to the place of the energy supply agreement in the system of civil law contracts, and the subject of the energy supply agreement, energy, is also considered.
