Annotation:
The article is devoted to one of the most widespread and for many decades known to the legislation contracts - the contract of retail sale. The author considers the situation when the consumer purchased the goods remotely, whether he can carry out the return of the item, if the latter is included in the List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or packaging. The main regulatory provisions related to this topic of the article are given. The features and problematic issues of the remote method of selling goods in the contract of retail sale are analyzed. The need for improving the regulatory framework has been identified and justified. Ways of solving significant problems concerning the topic of the article are advanced.
