Municipal employees carry out their activities on the basis of a employment contract (a contract), their positions are not elective, they receive a monetary allowance (salary) from the local budget. The position of a municipal service is a position in a local self-government body with a designated list of responsibilities for achieving the tasks assigned to a municipal employee by the position he holds. The article analyzes the legal status of municipal employees and those legal norms of labor legislation that apply to municipal employees.
