At present, the form of handling the seized property after it has been transferred to a third party for safekeeping is gaining importance, because this fact lies in the safe and careful attitude of the custodian towards it. To do this, he needs to provide and take all the necessary measures, which requires sufficient equipment to achieve the task. In this regard, it is important in what condition the seized property was transferred, how it was stored, i.e. in what place, at what time and in what, for example, premises, if this property is a vehicle or archival, commercial or other important documents.
