The article is devoted to the consideration of the prerequisites for the organization of career guidance at school in the context of network interaction. The main scientific concepts and the legal frameworks in the field of the topic are analyzed. As part of the study, the SWOT analysis of the status of the career guidance at school was conducted. The analysis made it possible to determine the need to organize network interaction between the school and different partners to increase the effectiveness of career guidance work.
