In the article, the authors reveal the concept and essence of an inclusive educational environment. Special emphasis is placed on the features of designing an inclusive educational environment (IOS)in a pre-school educational organization. The authors analyzed the construction of an inclusive educational environment on the example of MBDOU «Rucheek» in Erhirik village, zaigraevsky district, Repub- lic of Buryatia.
