FORMS OF TUTOR SUPPORT IN THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND REASEARCH PROCESS OF PUPILS

The article substantiates the necessity of teaching modern pupils independent educational research, which is based on the requirements of federal state educational standards. The article reveals the ways of solving the problem of the pupils’ development of research experience, the development of a pupil as a subject of educational and research work through to tutor support of project and research work. In particular, such examples of forms of tutoring support in organization the educational and research pro- cess of pupils as individual and group tutor consultations, tutorials, trainings and educa- tional events are presented at the premises of the municipal autonomous educational in- stitution «Gymnasium № 14», Ulan-Ude. The forms of tutor support implemented in the gymnasium contribute to the achievements of key educational results: they allow pupils to be interested in independent educational research, teach them how to perform all stages of educational research work, contribute to the formation of the subject’s cognitive positions of the pupil and the development of his general outlook.
