The article analyzes the features of using health saving non-traditional technol- ogies in the work of a speech therapist. We have considered the role, purpose and key points in use of health saving non-traditional technologies in the work of a speech teach- er, determined its key types and benefits. These technologies contribute to the creation of comfortable conditions during remedial classes, give a sense of self-confidence to pupils with mental deficiency, being not only an effective means of remedial work, but a way of achieving positive results in overcoming speech development disorders, and personal enhancement.
